Position Overview
The Manager – Corporate Sales (Retail) plays a key role in growing the business through corporate partnerships and strategic client relationships. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities (B2B corporate gifting), managing key clients/accounts and delivering tailored retail solutions that drive revenue growth while enhancing customer and partner experience.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Monthly sales analysis
- SOP compliance monitoring (Including internal Rituals and ensuring store teams comply with Valiram SOPs)
- Monthly store stock take consolidation
- Monthly incentive analysis and execution support
- (Ideas/proposals to be initiated by Retail Manager, while this role supports monitoring, analysis and follow-up execution)
