Job Summary:
Researches, recruits, screens, interviews, and refers qualified candidates for exempt positions as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Partners with leadership to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required.Interviews leadership level candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, and abilities. Effectively source for leadership level roles using different job boards.
