Position Overview
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to hiring and onboarding top talent. This role plays a critical part in executing the companyβs talent acquisition strategy by partnering closely with hiring managers and field HR team to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-performing employees.
The Corporate Recruiter will also collaborate with field HR teams to support plant-level recruiting strategies, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and building strong candidate pipelines to reduce reliance on temporary-to-hire labor models.
