Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate QMS in line with ISO 9001 or other relevant standards.
Ensure consistency in quality practices across all projects and business units.
Lead audits (internal and external) to assess compliance with the QMS.
Prepare Standard Operation Procedures for each works activity operation, including Hazard & Risk Analysis of works to be carried out and their progressive improvement amendments and changes.

Create and standardize quality policies, procedures, inspection test plans (ITPs), and work instructions.
Ensure QA/QC documentation is updated and accessible.
