Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Manage and enhance customer onboarding and KYC processes, including digitalisation initiatives
- Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of corporate banking products and services
- Collaborate with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and regulatory compliance
- Participate in system enhancement projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Develop product strategies and initiatives to support business growth
- Review and update product policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Conduct product training and provide support to internal stakeholders
- Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities
Job Requirements - Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related discipline
