About the role

The main mission of the role will be to define and standardize manufacturing procedures within our plastic extrusion processes, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost, and delivery requirements, while driving continuous improvement across our production plants.

The position will be based in Tajonar (Pamplona, Navarra), involving commuting to the different factories of the Group.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes considering available production resources
• Identifying and evaluating improvement opportunities in productivity and efficiency of extrusion processes
• Implementing and ensuring adoption of training plans for operators and technicians on procedures and standards
• Following up with local teams to ensure adherence to process parameters and operational standards
