Responsibilities
- Work closely with the management and the department heads on setting standards for the organizational development and performance improvement.
- Translate the strategic plans into goals and design organizational performance evaluation measurements.
- Advice, design and implement the best practices across the organizational departments.
- Digitize the daily operations across the departments, reports and the performance evaluation process.
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking and surveys for employee retention, engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of Organizational Development experience/Management Consulting.
- Bachelor/Masters of Business Administration.
