Description
A child development service provider is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team in Inglewood, CA on a contract-to-hire basis.



+ Review and prepare draft agreements (e.g. purchase and sale agreements, leases, MOUs).

+ Provide oversight for responding to subpoenas and liens.

+ Prepare corporate filings, meeting agendas, minutes, corporate resolutions and other corporate doucments.

+ Conduct legal research, as needed.

+ Assist with the delivery of contract and other legal trainings.

Requirements

+ 3+ years of drafting and reviewing contracts experience.

+ Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience, ideally working in a corporate legal department or law firm.

+ Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

+ Ability to draft contracts without the use of AI tools.

+ Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required.
