Our client, a global leader in advanced reservoir optimization technologies, is hiring a Corporate Paralegal. This professional provides comprehensive legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and broader Legal Department. This role is integral to the daily operations of the legal function, supporting corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, securities and SEC compliance, regulatory and trade compliance, and entity management across domestic and international jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong written communication abilities, sound judgment, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion. This position also provides executive-level administrative support to the General Counsel.
