Job Description :

• Maintain and improve corporate/brand presentations.
• Check all press releases, interviews and involved in public relations events.
• Research and analysis data/information regarding competitions, target cities, government policies, marketing, e-commerce…Provide such reports to management as reference.
• Evaluate company licensees in respects of legal qualification and financial capabilities.
• Updating and sending Store in Development reports.
• Responsible for e-commerce project.
• Review the documentations for wholesale customer account setup and file account set up application.
• Archiving all contracts and legal documents.
• Assist in translation of important documents, such as company brochure, training materials, contract and etc.
• Management of corporate intellectual property rights, including trademarks and patents.
• Draft and review all contracts and other legal documents.
