**Required Qualifications**:
Master of Law degree from a Norwegian or Swedish university.
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a commercial law firm or an in-house legal function within an industrial enterprise, energy, or finance sector.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
Proven ability to draft legal documents in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Adequate computer proficiency.
**Additional Desired Qualifications**:
Language skills in German, French, Spanish, or Chinese.
