TPF Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic firm of chartered accountants who are looking for a Corporate Governance Trainee to join their Corporate Governance team. This busy department is responsible for providing governance and company secretarial services to a large number of its corporate clients and LLPs. You will be working towards the formal Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme with a view to achieving chartered status.

Our client will fund all course fees to completion and upon completion of all modules and fulfilment of the work experience requirement you will be eligible to apply for full status of Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. Your role will include: Maintaining statutory records. Preparation and submission to Companies House of Confirmation Statements and other forms.
