My client is a public-listed Energy company in Malaysia. With an aggressive growth plan, they are currently hiring for multiple headcounts within their Corporate Finance team.

Your new role

Drive and coordinate various types of corporate finance assignments including financial due diligence review, business and equity valuation, and financial viability assessments.

Able to independently handle comprehensive reports' writing and preparation.

To research, compile and analyse information to support the evaluation of the Project feasibility study including financial modelling, projections, business model and cost and benefit analysis.

Prepare board papers and support it with relevant analysis and details.

Oversight of transaction due diligence.
