This role involves conducting financial and investment analysis, managing investment portfolios, supporting fundraising and banking facilities, as well as handling investor and stakeholder communications. The incumbent will also support corporate finance transactions including capital raising, M&A, joint ventures, and advisory mandates while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
