In this full-time role, the Corporate Director of Care delivers clinical leadership and operational oversight across AgeCare’s West Region. You will address compliance and quality improvement needs while mentoring Directors of Care. Your expertise will promote resident safety and adherence to nursing best practices throughout our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide interim Director of Care coverage as needed
• Mentor and support clinical leaders through onboarding
• Guide teams in regulatory requirements and nursing standards
• Monitor quality, compliance, and conduct audits
• Collaborate on clinical programs and performance evaluations
Requirements:
