The **Corporate Director Compliance** is responsible for the performance comprehensive compliance audits. This role performs and documents internal investigations and audits of the hospice division programs. The Corporate Director of Compliance informs up-line management of trends and makes recommendations for improved outcomes and mitigations of risk to the Company.
**Essential Functions**
+ Assists with the implementation of the compliance program and on a regular basis reports progress to the AVP of Compliance. Contributes to and helps sustain the momentum of the compliance program and the accomplishment of its objectives.
