**POSITION SUMMARY**

The Corporate Development Manager role reports to the Vice President of Corporate Development and sits at the intersection of M&A execution and strategic value creation, with responsibility across the full transaction lifecycle including sourcing opportunities, evaluating strategic fit, building financial models, conducting diligence, and supporting post-merger integration. In addition to deal work, the role contributes to broader finance-centric initiatives focused on accelerating revenue growth and improving margins, while also supporting the evolution of the company’s product and service offerings to better align with and anticipate market demand.
