Corporate Development Analyst

As a Corporate Development Analyst, your key responsibilities include:

• Develop internally generated investment opportunities and evaluate potential investment targets.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to inform transaction decisions and support due diligence processes.
• Manage corporate reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual materials, and provide inputs to the Investment Committee.
• Participate on deal execution teams, overseeing assigned components of transactions.
• Support the CCDO as a Board Member or Observer, including analysis of portfolio company performance and management forecasts.
• Maintain and develop relationships with investment banks, boutique M&A advisory firms, and strategic partners.
• Maintain the CCDO's calendar and coordinate meetings, documenting outcomes and next steps.
