Roles / Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support for Corporate Credit Processing systems such as REACH, Morning Excess, Default & Recovery, Global CIF, Global ADMIN IS, and FOCUS.
• Ensure system availability and SLI of online and batch deliverables.
• Support diverse jurisdictions including SG, MY, CN, International, and BOS.
• Fine‑tune applications and systems for high performance and increased throughput.
• Contribute to business requirement review and technical implementation as a subject‑matter expert, ensuring SDLC standards are met.
• Review technical and functional solutions from enhancement/project teams to ensure IT standard compliance.
• Respond promptly to queries raised by various business units.
