**Position Purpose:**

Home Depot is seeking an attorney for a manager-level position in the International & Supply Chain group of its law department to help advise and represent the Company in many international trade regulatory matters, primarily related to the Company's import activity. The person may also support supply chain/logistics contract negotiations and the Company's anti-bribery and FCPA compliance program. Candidate will support the Associate General Counsel with import regulatory, transactional and supply chain/logistics compliance responsibilities. Candidate will provide regulatory and compliance counseling related to many cutting edge tariff and trade matters. Additionally, this role may other compliance and investigatory work, counseling and research.
