Semiconductor company has an immediate opening for a Corporate Counsel to join mid-size legal team in San Jose, California. This Corporate Counsel position is ideal for an attorney who can support a broad range of internal stakeholders while balancing legal risk with practical business objectives. The role will partner closely with teams across the organization to guide commercial matters, advise on strategic transactions, and help shape sound legal frameworks that support company growth.
