**Job Summary**
Responsible for providing legal advice and recommendations to human resources and management within a variety of business units regarding matters of various complexities (basic to intermediate) which have or may have a sizable dollar impact on business activities and operations. Specifically, our Employment Benefits and Compensation, Corporate Counsel role will provide practical and business-oriented legal advice and counselling on a wide range of employee benefits and compensation issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-years of prior employment benefits law/compensation experience, in private practice and/or as in-house counsel for companies with multistate reach.
