The Controller oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for a growing multi-location retail organization. Reporting to the CFO, this role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial information while building scalable processes that support continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead period end closes; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP Manage all accounting operations: general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and revenue recognition Establish and maintain internal controls; coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations Support CFO in annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow monitoring; analyze budget-vs-actual variances Partner with Operations to monitor store-level profitabi...
