DUTIES:   This position functions as the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Officer (“CCPO”) for HHSC with a direct reporting line of responsibility to the HHSC Board of Directors for the purpose of advising and making recommendations to the Board about regulatory compliance issues and dotted line responsibility to the President and Chief Executive Officer (PCEO).
