Job Description:
. Assist in administrative tasks such, generating reports, managing required documentation, and arranging meetings.
. Assist in design: Creating, managing and distributing of collaterals such as posters, banners and patient education brochures.
. Assist in managing corporate gifts, including inventory control, sourcing and distribution.
. Uploading of information and assets onto digital platforms (internal and external).
. Assist with events and the necessary work required to plan, organise and run the events.
. Assist with prospecting for sponsorships and donations and managing fund-raising tasks.
. Assist in other ad hoc tasks as required (e.g. liaising and working with external vendors).
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Business/Marketing/Public Relations or similar w min relevant internship experience
