Position Overview

We are pleased to be working with a well‑established UK law firm that is recruiting a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join its Corporate Tax team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The firm is known for its high‑quality work, collaborative culture, and commitment to supporting long‑term career progression.
The role will involve advising on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including:
Structuring the tax aspects of corporate acquisitions, disposals, and reconstructions
Drafting and negotiating transactional tax documentation
Advising on LBTT / SDLT, VAT, and wider tax considerations in commercial property transactions
Supporting the design and implementation of employee share incentive arrangements
Providing standalone tax planning advice, technical updates, and client training
