The firm has an excellent client-base internationally and within the Middle East region, so the position will involve acting on major transactions both within the UAE, cross-border in the Middle East and further afield. As a key part of the corporate practice you will be playing a lead role in relation to transactions covering M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital , along with JV's, corporate structuring etc.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an ambitious qualified lawyer coming from a legal directories ranked law firm in the Middle East or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. Common Law jurisdiction legal qualification. Arabic language skills are not required.
