Position Overview

Our client in the food industry, is looking for a Corporate Administrator to join their team. As a Corporate Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact and the welcoming face of our Corporate Head Office. Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will provide the essential administrative and logistical backbone that keeps our corporate space running seamlessly.

This role requires a proactive ownership mindset, excellent adaptability to shifting priorities, and the ability to handle confidential matters with diplomacy. You will manage everything from daily office operations and meeting logistics to supporting marketing programs and facilitating a fantastic onboarding experience for new team members.
