We are looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to join our team to lead end-to-end processing oversight of mandatory corporate action events across global markets and support the processing of voluntary and elective events. The role is accountable for ensuring timely, accurate event capture, elections, entitlements, and downstream notifications/booking, with an increased focus on complex corporate actions (e.g., private events). You will partner closely with Custodians, Accounting, Trading, Middle Office, Legal/Compliance, Technology, and external vendors to drive best-in-class controls, client outcomes, and operational resilience.
