As a temporary full-time member of the team, you will report to the Supervisor of Administrative Accounting. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience. Your strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel will play a vital role in achieving deadlines and addressing queries from different departments.
Key Responsibilities: • Enter vendor invoices and manage vendor master data • Validate invoices for proper authorization before payment • Handle manual expense reports for non-cardholders • Process cash receipts, payments, and bank transfers • Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations for accounts
