Position Overview
We are hiring an Enterprise/Corporate Account Executive to drive new business with mid-market and enterprise clients (500 employees) for remote staffing solutions. This role involves engaging senior stakeholders, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals.
Responsibilities
Prospect and close enterprise accounts
Manage full sales cycle (RFPs, presentations, negotiations, closure)
Build relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
Deliver tailored staffing solutions based on client needs
Maintain pipeline and forecasting in CRM
Drive revenue through upselling and account expansion
Requirements
3–5 years of B2B enterprise sales (staffing/BPO/workforce solutions preferred)
Proven experience closing high-value (6–7 figure) deals
Strong experience with long, complex sales cycles
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
