MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support to various customers and colleagues;Manage and update incoming requests in our system;Participate in regional and provincial objectives related to after-sales services;Perform installations of Kinova products;Perform repairs on products in the field or at our offices;Electronic defect analysis;Soldering and repair of electronic components;Mechanical repairs;Open requests in the system and participate in problem analysis;Work closely with internal partners to improve our products and services;Train our customers, distributors and partners in the use and repair of our products, both in North America and Europe;Participate in periodic follow-ups with customers;Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal processes;Understand, document and create integration methodologies (e.g., integration with...
