London, ON - Application Deadline: March 22, 2026 The Coordinator, Strategy role will perform duties and responsibilities consistent with providing subject matter support, advice and guidance on several initiatives that will strengthen relationships and improve programs and services with Indigenous people as well as equity deserving groups in the Thames Valley region.

A key focus will be in assisting in the implementation of the First Nations, Inuit, Métis and Urban Indigenous Health and Wellness Reconciliation Action Plan, as well as the Anti-Racism Anti-Oppression Strategy for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.

This role also supports the overall cultural health of the organization to strengthen an inclusive environment where all employees, volunteers, students, clients and partners feel valued, heard, and empowered.
