This role helps balance demand with capacity, ensures the appropriate alignment of skills to project needs, and supports the overall utilization goals of the firm. Working closely with engagement managers, practice leaders, and Human Capital, the Coordinator, Resource Management ensures accurate resource data, facilitates staffing decisions and contributes to efficient and profitable service delivery.
