: This position provides a variety of comprehensive administrative and support duties to Regional Operations Directors and requires a diverse range of skills and thorough knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.Provide administrative secretarial support for Regional Operations Directors
Compose and edit correspondence and memos from dictation, written, and verbal direction
Manage confidential and non-routine information with absolute confidentiality
Prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings as needed or requested
Review mail, determine level of priority, and process accordingly
Coordinate RODs electronic calendar and coordinate meetings
Make travel arrangements as requested
Reconcile and track expense reports to ensure accuracy of all account codes for correct payment of expenses
