Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: The Coordinator will be a positive Outreach Liaison to youth and family members in the community.
Work on relationship building to help develop a plan to ensure the safety of youth and family members; Solution focused immediately addressing behavior issues. Hourly services to include face to face time with youth and family with flexibility.Coordinator will work closely with CPI’s to prevent youth from coming into care, attend Diversion Staff meetings and court hearings and work closely with youth and family to identify natural support by providing community resources and help with coordination to other crisis stabilization providers.Respond appropriately to cases that have emergency needs and report all information immediately to supervisor and diversion specialist to further promote stabilization.May help with the family to iden...
