Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Coordinator of Greek Life and Student Leadership Programs works to provide leadership and assistance in all areas concerning Greek life and leadership programs. The Coordinator assists affiliated member organizations with planning and implementation of programs/services designed to enhance life at Murray State University.

+ Serve as primary advisor to the Interfraternity Council and Panhellenic Council.

+ Serve as advisor to Order of Omega Greek Honorary.

+ Meet regularly with chapter presidents and other officers, chapter advisors, and headquarters representatives.

+ Conduct enforcement and education of University policies and guidelines, as well as municipal, state and federal laws to constituent groups.

+ Coordinate fall sorority and fraternity recruitment, as well as new member education programming following conclusion of recruitment and educational retreats for Greek Organization.
