Join the Kinistin Saulteaux Nation as a Jordans Principle Service Coordinator and impact the lives of First Nations children. Your strong case management ability will ensure timely access to vital health and social services.
In this role, you will implement the Jordans Principle Child First Initiative program targeting children on-reserve who have disabilities or complex needs. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and evaluating the program while fostering vital community outreach and engagement. You will work closely with families to overcome service hurdles caused by jurisdictional disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute the Jordans Principle program
• Conduct thorough intake and assessment processes
• Promote community outreach for engagement
• Evaluate service delivery and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with the KSN Director of Health for objectives
Requirements:
