Reporting to the Assistant Director for Academic Initiatives & Assessment the Coordinator for Academic Initiatives is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day academic support functions of the residential education program within the residence halls. In conjunction with the Assistant Director for Academic Initiatives & Assessment, the position assists in coordinating Academic and assessment Initiatives; collaborates with a wide variety of campus offices to provide academic support for the retention of on-campus students; addresses individual student and parent problems; and enforces policies, procedures, and regulations.
