Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily vehicle deployment and availability
• Track vehicle movement utilization and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with drivers for routes attendance and assignments
• Ensure timely vehicle servicing, maintenance, and documentation renewal
• Maintain fleet records including insurance registration and permits
• Create and generate reports

Qualifications

• Has a good experience in Power BI, expertise in Excel, knowledge of data analysis, and KPIs preferable
• Reports breakdowns, delays, and operational issues to management
• Support compliance with safety, RTA, and company policies
• 1–3 years of experience in fleet or transport operations
• Basic knowledge of UAE roads, fleet compliance, and vehicle documentation
• Working knowledge of tracking systems
• Expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Reporting is a must
