Coordinator - F&B Sales

The F&B Sales Coordinator is responsible to assist the Project Manager in Lifestyle membership. Takes part in restaurant reservation by answering calls and making reservations as well as helping in the operation if required.

What You Will Do

• Handle all telephone or email inquiries and ensure all information data could be delivered timely and correctly.
• Good product knowledge of membership card information and hotel facilities. Be able to conduct hotel tour with client.
• Collect and register the guest information and other records. Ensure all application form are fully completed. Proper explanation is given if there is any discrepancy.
• Assist guests in downloading the mobile app and enrolling in the membership.
• Maintain a good relationship with customers by providing an excellent after sale service to improve the renewal rate of the membership cards.
