Position Overview
JOB PURPOSE
Supports the Team Leader in planning, executing, and overseeing TRS activities. Coordinates day‑to‑day operations, ensuring that TRS services are delivered efficiently and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Assists in managing resources, documentation, and communication between various stakeholders.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Assist the Team Leader in planning and scheduling TRS operations to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate the execution of TRS activities, ensuring alignment with operational plans and client expectations.
- Monitor daily TRS operations and provide regular updates to the Team Leader.
- Ensure that all TRS operations are conducted in compliance with ADNoC Drilling’s safety policies and industry regulations.
- Participate in safety meetings, audits, and drills to maintain a high standard of safety within the TRSteam.
