Your primary objective will be to ensure that the right number of employees, with the right skills, are available at the right times to meet operational needs and achieve business goals. You will utilize data analysis, forecasting techniques, and workforce management tools to develop efficient staffing plans and strategies for all seagoing Hotel, Deck and/or Engine.
