Brief Role Description

Manage and administer the tasks and operations of the Infrastructure, Operations, Cloud Operations, IT Security Operations and Technologies team in the work areas, through the observation of the best practices in the industry and based on the key indicators determined, as well as the management of infrastructure and services; adhering to the laws established by the authorities and guidelines of the Group, to guarantee the continuous operation of the business and an up-to-date, reliable and sustainable physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure with an adequate SLA.
