Develop and implement HR development actions: training, career processes, talent management, skills management, mobility.
Main Activities
Define, animate and guarantee career management and evaluation processes (individual interviews, career committees, performance management, career paths, succession plans, etc.)
Manage or participate in recognition campaigns (increases, promotions, bonuses, special measures)
Animate the career management of senior and high potential employees
In collaboration with HRBP, determine and deploy collective mobility or other actions resulting from reorganization projects
Training & Development
Define the training policy in line with the Group's and company's strategy
