This is a shift-based role, including weekends and holidays, as a reminder, our golf course operates seasonally.
Responsibilities
- Execute the preparation of key components for each menu item using established recipes
- Memorize and adhere to portion sizes and standard meal preparation procedures
- Uphold restaurant cleaning standards in the kitchen and food storage areas
- Collaborate with fellow cooks to streamline portion prep for different shifts
