Main duties

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes such as various dons, noodles, appetizers, and tempura, etc.
• Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work area.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary school.
• 2 years or more experience as a commercial cook.
