United Methodist Homes, a nonprofit senior living organization serving its -140-year mission to provide relationship-centered care is currently seeking a Full-Time Cook Supervisor to work on our Wesley Village campus located in Shelton, CT in our Assisted Living Community: Crosby Commons.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Preparing food for a senior population, catering to varied diet requirements Adhering to all federal, state and company policies on service, sanitation, etc. Ability to effectively manage other dining team members Flexibility to jump in and do whatever needs to be done Impeccable customer service skills and a genuine love and respect for seniors
Requirements:
1 year experience cooking in a senior living or other health care environment, a plus. ServSafe Certification. Availability for days & evening shifts, as well as, every other weekend....
