Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to approved recipes, batch instructions, and quality standards.Perform pre-production checks to ensure ingredients and raw materials meet food safety, quality, and specification requirements.Carry out portioning, plating (where applicable), packing, and labelling accurately to meet production and quality standards.Support daily production operations, ensuring work is completed on time and in line with production schedules.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations, in compliance with hygiene, food safety, allergen, and workplace safety SOPs.Operate kitchen and production equipment safely and report any equipment issues or deviations promptly.Demonstrate a growth mindset by being open to learning, following improvements to recipes or processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
