Position Overview
Marion is seeking a 10-month, full-time, benefit position working five (5) hours per day (7:30 AM – 12:30 PM). The position includes full benefits and participation in the NYSED Retirement System.
The Cook prepares and cooks food in large quantities while following standardized recipes and food safety regulations. This role supports daily kitchen operations and may oversee meal preparation or assist in supervising kitchen staff under general supervision.

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
+ Graduation from high school or possession of a High School Equivalency Diploma (GED); and
+ One (1) year of full-time paid experience (or part-time equivalent) in large-scale cooking; or
+ Three (3) years of full-time paid experience (or part-time equivalent) assisting in large-scale cooking
